Franchise

Although there continues to be daily interest from our customers in franchising (some are very insistent), the last thing we would want to give our franchisees is an 80 hour a week job in a business that barely breaks even.  We feel that our success rests on your ability to run a successful restaurant, so instead of jumping into franchising and making unholy amounts of money upfront, we prefer to take it slow and map a course that anyone could follow to being a successful franchisee.

After all, if you are extremely successful, we are extremely successful.

As such, we are using our Utah Valley operations to build a cash base to support the franchise startup and infrastructure.  We constantly experiment and tweak different kinds of management, advertising, restaurant layouts and sizes, demographics, equipment, employee manuals, accounting programs, etc.  This will give us a broad knowledge of what will work and what won't work when we start to sell franchises which should make you much more successful.

So, when will we be ready to sell you one of the hottest and most universal franchises around?  We will start to prepare our UFOC immediately after our final restaurant in Utah Valley is up and running.  A rough estimate would be about the end of 2009.
