Once you have read the advice to applicants letter and completed the application, please email jon@the-smokehouse.com  to schedule a short interview.  We will then research your application and invite you back fro a more complete interview.  The process should take no longer than five days.

We don't mind if you don't have previous experience in the restaurant business, but we do require that you are able to learn quickly, have a lot of hustle, know how to work, and be very friendly.  Your one and only job is to make sure our customers have a great time every time and that they come back!
